Discharge of Pet

Pet owners are asked to pick up their pets each morning before the clinic closes at 8:00 a.m. You and your regular veterinarian will receive a complete copy of the medical findings and all treatments performed. In addition, you will receive an itemized statement of all charges incurred at our facility.

Animals requiring further treatment will be transferred back to their regular veterinarian, as he or she is most familiar with your pet's medical history. A transfer patient may be discharged with intravenous or urinary catheters in place, or with X-rays or laboratory samples to be given to the regular veterinarian. Any precautions will be discussed by one of the staff before departure.
